English Translation:
In ancient times, floods overflowed across the land. Yu accepted the task of taming the waters. He changed his father's method of blocking water and instead used channeling and guiding. He passed his home three times without entering, dedicating himself entirely to taming the flood. After thirteen years of effort, he finally controlled the flood.
