English Translation:
In ancient times, there was a beauty named Xishi in the state of Yue. Xishi suffered from chest pains and often frowned and held her chest. But this made her even more beautiful. An ugly woman named Dongshi from the same village saw this and imitated Xishi, frowning and holding her chest. As a result, Dongshi became even uglier. When villagers saw her, some shut their doors tightly, and others quickly took their families and ran away.
